What many women describe

Women with endometriosis and adenomyosis often tell Radhika they've followed the advice they were given and still feel stuck, month after month.

Painful periods and cramps
Bloating that won't settle
Ongoing tiredness
Digestive discomfort
Heavy bleeding and clots
Symptoms that return when a treatment stops

A diagnosis names the condition. It doesn't explain everything happening in an individual body.

I've lived with this for almost 20 years.

I'm Radhika Jhaveri, a Functional Medicine Nutrition and Women's Health Practitioner, and I work specifically with women with endometriosis and adenomyosis.

I've had surgeries, and I was told I may eventually need a hysterectomy. I tried Ayurveda, homeopathy, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, different diets and supplements. Some helped, but when I stopped, the symptoms came back.

That's when I realised I didn't need another thing to take. I needed to understand why my body was responding the way it was.

How we work together

No generic "endo diet." No one-size-fits-all supplement list. Every plan starts with the individual.

01

See the whole picture

Symptoms, health history, cycle, digestion, nutrition, sleep, stress, previous treatments and personal goals.

02

Test when appropriate

Where it's useful, targeted testing to better understand the factors that may be contributing to symptoms.

03

Plan, track, adjust

Put a plan in place, track how the body responds, and refine it over time with ongoing support.

Real women. Real experiences.

I don't start with a protocol. I start with the woman sitting in front of me.

Endometrioma · Fertility

Andrea

Andrea came to me with severe period pain, an endometrioma and fertility concerns, and had been advised to consider IVF. Over four months, we worked on her symptoms, her fertility and the factors identified in her assessment. She later became pregnant, and her period pain eased. Her baby is now two years old.

Gut health · Irregular cycles

Bonnie

Bonnie came to me with gut issues, bloating, irregular periods and anxiety around food, and hadn't had a period in a year. We worked on the factors contributing to what she was experiencing. Over time, her cycle returned and became regular, and she noticed real improvement in her digestion.

Changes some clients have reported

  • Lighter bleeding
  • Fewer clots
  • Less bloating
  • Better digestion
  • More manageable cramps
  • Better quality of life

These are individual client experiences, not typical or guaranteed results. Every body is different and results vary from person to person. Radhika's work is nutrition and lifestyle based, and is meant to complement, not replace, care from your doctor.

An honest note

I don't claim to cure endometriosis or adenomyosis, and I never ask anyone to stop appropriate medical treatment.

What I do is help each woman understand her individual situation and what she can work on through nutrition, lifestyle, functional medicine and ongoing support. This call is not a medical consultation and does not replace advice from your doctor.
